Job Summary:

Midwest Environmental Services, Inc. offers a full line of environmental services and has been in operation since 1982. We specialize in waste disposal, recycling, oil and by products, emergency response and industrial cleaning. We partner with our clients to create a healthier, cleaner environment. We are currently experiencing extreme growth in our organization and are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Account Manager for the Central Indiana Region.

This Account Manager/Sales Representative will maintain exceptional support with existing customers while also pursuing new customers and growth opportunities. This individual will be responsible for implementing a successful sales strategy for their region. The Account Manager will provide ongoing customer service with a persistence and responsive skill set along with a strong sales instinct to identify leads, educate prospects on products through calls, training, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Schedules meetings, makes sales call, follow ups * Manages all sales activities in the company CRM system
  • Works closely with Approvals, Operations, Inside Sales Departments
  • Organize Projects
  • Develops strategies to grow revenues
  • Educates prospects on products through calls, training, and presentation.
  • Maintains a well-developed pipeline of prospects

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 Years Selling Experience in Environmental Industry
  • Located in Kentucky/Southern Indiana Region
  • Knowledge and understanding of Environmental Industry
  • CRM Experience
  • Proven ability to exceed customer expectations
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Ability to work remotely while traveling regionally
  • Ability to be flexible and do what is necessary for the customer and Midwest
  • Strong sales instinct is necessary, along with high energy to build customer relations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
