Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Reports To: CEO

Location: Norcross, GA or Hybrid

Type: Full-Time Exempt

Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 9am ? 5pm EST

Salary: 75,000 ? 90,000 + Bonuses/Incentives

Job Summary As the Corporate Sales Manager for our Certifiably Diverse SaaS platform, Government Contracting, and IBEX Ed training services, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients and partners in the government contracting sector and those seeking diversity-focused training solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives and achieve our business objectives.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the SaaS, government contracting, or training services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the government contracting landscape and diversity and inclusion initiatives preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the Certifiably Diverse SaaS platform, Government Contracting, and IBEX Ed training services.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set annual sales goals and objectives for the department.
  • Sales Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve their individual and collective sales targets.
    • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development opportunities to enhance the team's performance.
    • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess the team's progress and implement necessary improvements.
  • Client and Partner Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and partners in the government contracting sector.
    • Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach and offerings of our Certifiably Diverse SaaS platform and IBEX Ed training services.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government agencies and private organizations seeking diversity-focused training solutions.
    • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to promote our services and generate leads.
  • Sales Process and Reporting:
    • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring adherence to company sales policies and procedures.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Customer Success:
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and drive customer retention and upselling opportunities.

Work Environment Corporate office and/or home office work environment. When working in the home office, confidentiality of company information must be maintained.

Appearance All personnel shall be attired in business casual clothing for daily work. Attire worn should always ensure employees? safety from working conditions (long pants, appropriate shirts, and closed-toe shoes as required): on occasion, staff may be required to wear a business dress for certain activities.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
