Role Overview: As a Regional Business Development Representative (BDR) at the Institute of Certified Cashflow Advisors (ICCA), you'll be at the forefront of our Sales Department, playing a pivotal role in acquiring, qualifying, and converting leads within the mortgage loan officer and insurance agent industries. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, nurturing, conducting demo calls, and ensuring successful conversion to ICCA Members.

Requirements:
- Cold calling experience
- Efficient work ethic with a focus on productivity
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Industry-specific knowledge with mortgage loan officers and/or insurance agents preferred
- Patience, determination, and a proactive attitude
- Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques
- Ability to handle objections effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call to leads to qualify and schedule discovery calls
- Follow up with leads who do not self-book or cancel discovery calls
- Confirm and qualify scheduled discovery calls
- Conduct sales calls and demos to showcase ICCA's offerings
- Manage communication and leads in our CRM system (Go High Level)
- Convert prospects into ICCA Members
- Monitor organic leads from our Facebook marketing
- Maintain clear communication with the Business Team to ensure alignment and efficiency
Key Results:
- Successful progression of all potential prospects from initial interest to their first consulting call
- Maintain a 50% show rate on all scheduled appointments
- Achieve a 20% booking rate for scheduled leads
- Successfully reschedule 20% of no-show or canceled leads
- Convert 20% of prospects from discovery calls
