Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the oilfield. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets.

Starting salary is $80,000 for first six months; thereafter $50k base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the oilfield industry.
  • Strong understanding of the oilfield industry and its products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
