Job Overview
The Sales Representative & Administrator is responsible for promoting and selling our craft beer products to a diverse range of customers, including retailers, restaurants, and bars. In this role you will receive and process sales orders, customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
You will work closely with our brewhouse, taproom, and management team to develop and execute sales strategies, relay customer feedback, and confirm needed products. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
Business targets will be met through effective time management, development, and execution of sales strategies for customers. This may include, but is not limited to, physical visits to on-premises and retail customer sites. Key to the role is the ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to our product.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receiving and processing sales orders, issuing invoices, verifying orders against current inventory, and communicating expected delivery dates
· Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
· Identifying new products to add to those on offer
· Launching and promoting new products, while identifying new products to introduce based on market needs
· Maintaining and growing retail and on-premises accounts, while expanding the territory
· Executing marketing strategies while in attendance at tastings, festivals, and events as needed
Qualifications:
· Must be extremely enthusiastic about craft beer. Experience with and knowledge of the craft beer industry is an asset
· Self-motivated and driven to learn more about the craft beer industry and High Key Brewing Co business
· Strong attention to detail, high organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work unsupervised
· A valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
· Post-secondary degree or diploma in an applicable field such as business, marketing, or commerce is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
