Specific Duties:
- Performing general environmental maintenance activities
- Leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion
- Operating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailer
- Completing maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expenses
- Maintaining and improving storm drainage systems and ponds
- Operating landscaping equipment including weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, chainsaws, etc.
- Disposing of sediment, trash and debris from stormwater systems
- Performing physical labor in variety of weather conditions
- Regional travel ~ 4-5 days / week (All travel expenses are covered by the Company, no reimbursement needed!)
Basic Requirements
- Experience operating basic landscaping equipment
- Willing to travel regionally (All travel expenses are covered by the Company, no reimbursement needed!)
- Comfortable with extensive physical labor in variety of weather conditions
- Background check, drug screening and driving record review are part of the pre-employment process.
- Must maintain our Company’s “No Jerk” culture
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Certificate
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive company vehicles and insurability under the company's auto policy are ongoing requirements of this position.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
