Legal Assistant (REMOTE)

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and legally-minded individual to assist in organization and running of daily legal department operations. This entry level position is full-time, FULLY REMOTE, and requires occasional all-expenses-paid work travel. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working reliable individual able to undertake a variety of law office/litigation support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and a multi-tasker.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients
• Gather and organize necessary documents and information
• Conduct research and provide information to the Lawyer
• Manage administrative responsibilities
• Draft copies of legal documents
• Confidentiality-minded

Requirements:

• Excellent mathematical skills
• General understanding of law office procedures
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
• Experience in Federal and State litigation practice (A PLUS)
