At Bluegreen Vacations, our In House Sales Representatives meet face to face with owners of our product who are seeking a better way to travel by:

  • Building rapport with our owners
  • Creating a need for additional product (think upgrade sales)
  • Providing excellent customer service

How do we invest in you?
  • You earn $20/ hour plus incentives during your first 60 days then move to an uncapped compensation plan
  • Our sales representatives typically earn between $75,000 - $250,000 (top sales representatives can earn considerably more)
  • No prospecting, no cold calls
  • Unlimited earning potential with weekly pay
  • Work-life balance with a more flexible schedule than most sales representatives (typically less than 40 hours weekly)
