We’re seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our small team and work directly with buyers to help close our wholesale real estate deals. Key Qualifications:
- Customer-Focused: Proven experience in customer service or sales, with a talent for understanding clients' needs and helping them find the right solution.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, ideally in real estate, wholesale, or a similar fast-paced environment, where they exceeded sales targets.
- Driven and Results-Oriented: Self-starter with a strong work ethic who isn’t afraid to hustle to make things happen.
- Youthful Energy: We’re looking for someone young at heart who brings passion, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas to our team.
- Dynamic Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and build rapport with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and matching them with available wholesale properties.
- Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to deal closing, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the real estate market trends and inventory to confidently answer buyer questions and offer informed recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure that available properties are presented effectively and sold efficiently.
- Performance-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with an opportunity for performance-based incentives.
