- Negotiate terms and close sales with prospective customers while ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and achieving sales goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
