About the Role
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute creative strategies that drive market share and enhance brand awareness. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, sales, engineering, and R&D teams to create compelling sales and marketing visuals for sales enablement, events, product promotions, campaigns, and digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction, data center or the technology industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment focusing on the product but also the ability to support the sales team and company with go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure high-quality design concepts and execute creative materials as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively manage our creative projects and enhance department productivity.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organization's creative marketing goals.
- Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production ready assets and guidelines for usage)
- Highly conceptual, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to be proactive, to identify new creative ways to help support the brand.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a larger team.
Additional Expectation
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
- BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a Marketing / Design
- A minimum of 5 years of experience into Graphic Design experience (agency or in-house marketing team) with a strong track record for developing striking visual identities and key art for a variety of industries and brands
- Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and typography.
- A passion for conceptual ideation and design execution.
- Knowledge and understanding of digital, print and production processes.
- A strong interest and passion for art, design, games, music, film, and contemporary culture in general is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a positive 'can-do' attitude and be a collaborative team player, eager to jump with flexibility for some travel as and when required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned.
- Excellent time management, organization skills, and the ability to be flexible and creative.
- 3D skills are a plus, but not essential. Knowledge of visual digital spaces, UI/UX, and how to leverage social media platforms.
