Job Description
The responsibilities of a route sales representative include selling and delivering products to clients using company vehicles, loading from the warehouse and unloading at the clients business as needed. In this career, you must develop new leads in the field, monitor customer feedback, and handle problems experienced by clients related to the products in a friendly and efficient manner. Other job duties include ensuring on-time delivery, making sure the orders are correct, and communicating throughout all aspects of the transaction, offering support when issues arise.

Responsibilities
- Create invoices, collect COD’s
- Be the primary store-level salesperson to large format accounts like supermarkets
- Generate sales by building and leveraging customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service
- Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment,
- Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow the accounts and create efficiencies
- require lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases ranging from 20-50 lbs.
- Position requires standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising product
- Operate equipment for moving products (e.g., forklift and pallet jacks)
- Support Jimenez Distributors strong safety culture by adhering to all safety standards and procedures
- You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- CDL Class C license
- Ability to drive a company truck.
- Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities
- Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

Pay: $66,560.00 per year
