Role and Responsibilities: As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will:

Meet with property owners to sell roof replacement jobs.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process.
Generate leads through door knocking and prospecting in neighborhoods affected by hail damage or where McCoy Roofing is active.
Achieve monthly performance targets and open 2-10+ insurance claims per week.
