Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday during regular schedule.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00, depending on experience. + commission

We provide P.E.O./HRO services to clients in 36 states and are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. This in-office position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in high-volume sales environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling, managing and updating our HubSpot CRM, and executing effective email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Manage and update client information in the HubSpot CRM to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including mail merging, to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Communicate effectively with C-suite executives to schedule appointments and facilitate opportunities for the sales team.
  • Overcome objections with a consultative approach, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
  • Validate and verify contact data to maintain the integrity of our CRM database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights from sales activities to assist in refining sales and marketing strategies.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably with exposure to high-volume sales calls.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with C-suite executives.
  • Strong experience with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, and proficiency in managing sales pipelines and client databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in overcoming objections and utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and familiarity with mail merging techniques.

A background in the payroll, HR, or outsourcing fields is considered a significant plus, offering valuable industry insights and expertise.
