About the Role
As a Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations at Amplify, you will identify and drive key initiatives to increase the conversion and efficiency of our sales operations in alignment with company objectives. You will be responsible for managing programs and projects that drive results while aligning with leadership across the organization to ensure cross-functional support. Your goal will be to enable an outstanding customer experience through streamlining processes, automating work, and augmenting the capabilities of sales professionals across the company.

You are an expert in the sales systems stack and are passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive GTM improvements. You have led others and enjoy growing analytical revenue operations professionals. You will be at the cutting-edge of combining technology, finance, and the human-touch to modernize and streamline the most opaque segment of the life insurance industry.

We are seeking a revenue operations leader that is able to guide a focused team while directly contributing to projects. To succeed, you should have a strong ability to prioritize efforts, develop thoughtful roadmaps, and enable processes via best practice solutions. You’ll work alongside smart and driven team members in a remote-environment to redefine how work is organized- come help us build the future of life insurance for wealth!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the revenue operations roadmap through effective brainstorming and ideation while aligning outcomes with company objectives and team capabilities.
  • Analyze existing systems, data and processes to diagnose and determine areas of strength and weakness to build upon and improve existing operations
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product leadership and proactively gather feedback from individual contributors to identify opportunities and inform potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, case management, and customer success teams to create key documentation of the customer journey and relevant sales processes targeted for improvement.
  • Own the go to market platforms, vendor relationships, and processes and consistently evaluate improvement opportunities within our GTM software stack.
  • Collaborate with product, data engineering and broader engineering teams to refine data additions to the data warehouse, lead scoring, and dynamic lead routing incentive systems.
  • Rigorously assess test results and project impacts via analytics and create dashboards that enable ongoing monitoring and diagnosis of system & sales cycle issues.
  • Manage the operating cadence and communicate plans and progress effectively to relevant stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Case Management, Customer Success, Product, and Execs.
  • Proactively review the revenue operations team's work and create test plan checklists alongside peer-review approaches to ensure the effective implementation of automation sequences and customer lifecycle cadences across channels.
  • Manage trade-offs between adding complexity to process to increase automation vs. simplifying processes to ensure effective training and create clean training documents for use by revenue team managers during onboarding.
  • Manage weekly and monthly processes for capacity planning with marketing, finance, and sales leadership alongside monitoring team work-distribution systems are performing to expectation.

  • Lead program management for key projects alongside providing program management best practices for direct team members to ensure effective project completion with cross-functional contributors.
  • Lead the focus on data fidelity and standardization across systems, reports and dashboards to ensure internal and external strategic planning and alignment is consistent

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations with exposure across areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, mathematics, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep experience leveraging a variety of SaaS software and business systems to solve complex problems that drive significant business outcomes.
  • Deep experience with CRM administration and common patterns for creating a systematic sales cycle (Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Strong experience with advanced workflow design and managing a system of automations (Hubspot Workflows, Salesforce Flows)
  • Strong experience with Outbound Cloud Contact Center Platforms and dialer automation frameworks.
  • Strong experience identifying complex business insights directly via SQL (Databricks, Redshift, etc.) and automating monitoring via analytics platforms (Looker, etc.)
  • Experience working with cross functional teams involving several internal or external stakeholders, either leading initiatives or assigned as project lead / manager and taking initiatives from inception to completion
  • Familiarity with Email Automation solutions and implementing lead lifecycle engagement patterns (Hubspot, Iterable, Customer.io, Marketo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with customer data augmentation, segmentation, custom audiences, and consumer marketing datasets.
  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and enablement (Hubspot Quoting, Salesforce CPQ)

Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with real-time VOIP audio and transcription services
  • Familiarity collaborating with annotation teams and training data platforms
