Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time and provide outstanding customer service to all our customers
• Make a genuine connection with guests by engaging in friendly conversation throughout each interaction; asking open ended questions about the guest’s shopping experience and using those questions to assess, understand, and determine how to tailor your approach and recommend products to our customers based on their needs
• Assist our customers with your knowledge and expertise
• Speak on the benefits of the rewards points with every guest and assist them through the application process.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, trash, loose papers, food, etc.)
• Keep the merchandise organized and well presented
• Help upkeep the store's inventory

Skills

• 2 years of proven work experience as a sales representative required
• A friendly face who can demonstrate our industry leading customer service
• Knowledge and experience with our industry products; such as CBD, Hookah, Vapes, Glass, Pipes, etc.
• A reliable individual who can work with integrity
• Familiarity with POS cash registers preferred but not required
• English required and Spanish preferred
• A motivated self-starter who is target driven, has discipline, and has a genuine passion/interest in smoke and vape industry.
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
