We are looking for an DSR with a proven track record of success. DSRs at ControlUp are upbeat and versatile, focused and well-organized individuals. The ideal candidate will join our sales team focused on outbound, inbound and channel activities in selling to a wide range of organizations over the phone. You must be comfortable with actively reaching out to prospects, participate in events and establish strategic partnerships in your territory. You must also have demonstrated experience with growing pipelines, managing sales process and be an excellent closer.
Responsibilities:
- Extend the sales in the assigned territory.
- Sell directly and indirectly to a wide range of organizations
- Actively reach out, create and develop new opportunities Participate in events and establish new partnerships
- Manage sales cycles according to the company’s process
- Participate in events and establish new partnerships in assigned territory
Requirements:
- 2 + years of previous proven experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in Direct sales / Partners.
- Experience in selling SW B2B Technology based products in the territory.
- Fluent in English - Must (any other language is an advantage)
- Experience in managing the sales process from start to finish with Senior / C-level executives.
- Proven track record of success quarter by quarter within the focus territory.
- Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, revenue driven, highly creative.
- Self-motivation personality and genuine commitment to excellence in sales.
- A business-driven mindset with strong sales abilities and can-do attitude.
- Able to explain complex technical ideas in a way that clients understand and get excited about.
- Impeccable integrity and organizational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree.
