Job Summary:
USA Insulation is seeking a motivated, self-starter sales professional in Lexington, KY. As an in-home sales consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing, at the time of presentation, and book an installation date while in the home. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of high performance in sales, with excellent communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- 100% commission based
- $100,000 - $180,000 first year

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in home appointments generated for you through leads generated by company marketing activities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent post-sale support to gain referrals and 5-star reviews.
- Document Key Sales Activities in the CRM and provide regular updates on sales progress.
- Participate in marketing-related activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- A positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing environments is a must.
- Proven success in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and participate in training.
- Willingness to follow guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
