Job Description

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide support to the sales team by acting as a liaison between the customer, sales, operations, and accounting.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative performs a wide range of duties including, but not limited to:
* Answering general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Replying to general information requests with accurate information
* Scheduling new and reoccurring jobs with dispatch
* Building jobs in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
* Setting up profiles for new waste streams
* Assisting with the maintenance of compliance documents and materials
* Providing exceptional customer service - email/call customers regarding scheduling or other needs
* Assisting with reports as required
* Other duties as assigned

Qualities:
The Customer Service Representative should demonstrate competence in some or all the following:
* Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
* Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of customers to meet or exceed their expectations
* Work cooperatively and effectively as a team member to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
* Assess situations to determine the importance and make clear, timely decisions which are in the best interest of the organization

Skills:

* Multi-tasking
* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM databases
- Salesforce knowledge a plus

Compensation:
* Between $20-$22 per hour followed with a 90-day review. Pay rate depends on level of experience. Paid weekly.

* Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
