Strategy Specialists play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for a company by identifying, nurturing, and closing client contracts. They interact with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, and strong relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Understanding clients needs,building rapport, recommending appropriate products or services, and conducting presentations.
Sales Process Management: Managing the sales cycle from lead receipt to closure, including following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Track Record is required (at least 7 years).
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this position.
- Additional education in customer service, sales, or a related field can be beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer service, or sales support.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. (English and Spanish)
