Job Description:
Are you a top-producing salesperson looking to join a winning team and make great money selling a high-quality product? Rhino-Back Roofing, a local residential roofing company, is seeking a motivated and experienced in-home sales representative to join our team.
Experience:
- 1+ years of sales and/or customer service
- Experience in the retail industry; clothing, bartending, and coffee shops is relevant as well
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-driven & highly motivated
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
- Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours
- Must have reliable transportation
- Certain opportunities require a clean DMV record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Run estimate appointments scheduled by the office
- Close new business during in-home visits
- Follow up with unsold prospects to convert them into sales
- Stay focused on customer needs and satisfaction

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
