Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving targets and providing exceptional experiences.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to promote and sell services
- Generate leads and accounts by identifying opportunities for Two Men and a Junk Truck and brands through networking, cold calling, visits, business events and after hours events as needed
- Estimate and/or book jobs for junk removal
- Work with Junk Removal drivers to improve on-site selling and increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail sales, service industry, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
