Job Description:
Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Join our team as an in office Sales Representative! In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers, present innovative energy-saving solutions, and guide them through a seamless sales process from start to finish.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Present energy savings plans to clients over the phone, highlighting their benefits and features.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience over the phone.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our products and services post-installation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
A proactive, positive attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset.
