About the Role
PBS Facility Service is a leading provider of building maintenance and facility management services. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Salesperson to join our sales team. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd like to hear from you.
What you will do
- Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential customers, including building owners, property managers, and facilities directors, to introduce PBS Facility Service and its comprehensive range of services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of PBS Facility Service's products and services, including building maintenance, facility management, and related solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value of our services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calls, and responding to inbound inquiries.
- Sales Quota: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets, contributing to the company's growth.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, including field sales representatives and sales managers, to develop and implement successful sales strategies and tactics.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and assess market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
What it takes to be successful
- Knowledge of the building maintenance services industry is a must.
- Proven track record in inside sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
