Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on technology and customer service. This role is pivotal in driving business development and managing client accounts to foster long-term relationships. If you have a passion for sales and the ability to analyze market trends, we want to hear from you!

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify business development opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in account management is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
