Role Description
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include preparing sales materials, assisting in lead generation, and handling client follow-ups to keep the sales pipeline organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Representatives in their day-to-day activities, including preparing documentation, gathering necessary client information, and scheduling client meetings.
- Assist with Customer Interactions by answering questions, providing product details, and addressing initial inquiries to build customer interest in solar energy solutions.
- Capture and Maintain Client Data: Organize customer information and notes from site visits to aid in the development of personalized solar solutions.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to help meet sales targets and track progress, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Stay Updated on Solar Industry Trends to provide relevant insights that can help with customer interactions and sales strategies.
- Identify New Opportunities: Proactively engage with local communities and potential clients through direct outreach to generate leads and increase awareness of our solar solutions.
- Engage with Prospects in Person: Use strategic in-person interactions to introduce our products, answer initial questions, and gauge interest in solar energy solutions.
- Build Community Presence: Develop a strong presence in target neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners and helping them understand the benefits of renewable energy options.
- Consistent Availability: Be prepared to connect with prospective clients regularly throughout the week, ensuring flexibility to accommodate potential leads.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in sales or renewable energy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for sustainability.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
