Your Mission
The mission for this role is to hit your sales quota of $1,218,000.
Your Goals
- Close $1,218,000 in new services and product business
- Build and maintain a strategic partnership with at least 3 Salesforce Teams (20 + AEs)
- Hunt for new business daily through your Salesforce network
- Visit a Salesforce office every 4-6 weeks
- Generate 150 Leads from Salesforce (37.5 per quarter)
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline comprising 25 opportunities and 25 leads at any time
- Act as the Account Manager for product Customers
- Familiarize yourself with Cloudsquare sales process, service offering, internal salesforce workflow, buyer persona’s, pricing minimums, and departmental SOPs within your first 60 days (for new AEs only)
Your Responsibilities
- Close $1,218,000 across 3 categories (professional services, client success, and product)
- Q1 - $251,000
- Q2 - $342,000
- Q3 - $319,000
- Q4 - $304,000
- Generate $3 million in pipeline within 6 months. Continue rebuilding the pipeline to $3 million as deals close or fall off
- Close at least two $100k+ projects
- Complete 80% + of your quarterly rocks
- Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce AEs and SEs to get referral business
- Hunt for new business through your Salesforce network
- Qualifying leads on the discovery call to determine which program they fall under
- Reply to inbound lead inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and build rapport with the prospect
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead inquiry to close. Continue the relationship post sale for Customer Accounts
- Work alongside the Solution Engineer and Business Development Representative to ensure that PowerPoint Presentations and contract timelines are met
- Work alongside the Engagement Manager when we need to get Salesforce involved
- Introduce the Engagement Manager to your Customer when service work is required
- When selling project engagement types, work with project team and facilitate change orders during the gap analysis phase. Hand off the account to Engagement Manager post uat acceptance phase
- Act as the account manager for product customers
- Sell Cloudsquare’s value proposition, product and service offerings
- Pipeline Management and upkeep
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years using the Salesforce CRM
- 3+ years selling services
- 3+ years of full cycle sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- Familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem (Products, Industries, and AppExchange)
- Experience with prospecting and bringing in new business
- Experience selling to the C-suite
- Experience with building relationship with partners to drive lead flow
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to your prospects
- Strong discovery skills, solution selling ability, objection handling skills, and closing skills
- Technical experience highly preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
