Are you passionate about cannabis? Do you want to work for a small/grower owned company that produces knock your socks off, top shelf flower consistently? In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our flower. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales/cannabis, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Duties
Weekly contact both physically in stores and on the phone with customers.
Arrange tabling events at dispensaries to display new strains to the consumer.
Build new relationships with stores statewide.
Arrange sample drops to potential new stores with in person meetings
Develop a sales strategy to meet target sales goals
Deliver product purchased to stores
Be knowledgeable of OLCC laws and regulations
Must have a valid OLCC card and Drivers License
Must be organized, prompt, and a self starter.
Though the pay is commission based, we are sending you out into the market with some of the best flower in state! Along with the not only the best flower, you will have many different strains to offer.
Experience
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and inside sales processes.
- Experience conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Previous experience in outside sales or territory management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals and objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
