Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and engaging with potential clients. You will leverage your technical sales skills to communicate effectively about our Products and market offerings, ensuring that you meet the needs of our customers while driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate and close sales by understanding client needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Utilize Software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales in Stone distribution is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of software solutions and the technology market is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Good Communication in Spanish is preferred .
