Here's what you'll do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and enhance sales skills.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the construction or roofing industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
