Position: Part-Time Inbound Sales Representative (In-Person)

Amigos Tutoring is the largest privately owned tutoring company in South Florida, providing high-quality tutoring services to K-12 students and SAT test prep. We offer opportunities for growth, with the potential to transition into a full-time position for motivated individuals.

Overview:
This role starts as a part-time position with a set schedule, rotating between our seven locations across South Florida. As the first point of contact at the physical locations, you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through our services, providing insights into tutoring evaluations, and facilitating registrations.

Schedule:

Monday: Coral Gables
Tuesday: Rotate between North Miami Beach and Kendall
Wednesday: Homestead
Thursday: Rotate between Hollywood and Doral
Friday: Hialeah

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 3 PM – 8 PM
Additional full-time opportunities are available after the initial training period.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist parents and students at our physical locations.
Receive student evaluation results from tutors and discuss the findings with parents, providing recommendations for tutoring services.
Facilitate in-person registration for new clients.
Provide excellent communication and customer service in both English and Spanish.
Meet or exceed sales goals, which include hourly pay, commissions, monthly bonuses, and quarterly bonuses—no cap on commissions.
Be highly motivated, with a passion for helping the community while growing your income.

Requirements:

In-person sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
Basic understanding of how the school system works.
Must be willing to rotate between our seven locations and adhere to the set weekly schedule.
Motivated and aggressive in pursuing sales targets, with a desire for personal and professional growth.
A two-week intensive training program is provided to ensure you are comfortable in the role before interacting with clients.
