Business Development Manager - Full Time
Home Instead, a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors, is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, increasing sales, and developing strategic partnerships within our service area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
- Conduct community outreach activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored care solutions for clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years' experience in business development, sales, or community outreach, preferably in home care, assisted living, or related healthcare sectors
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the home care industry and local healthcare landscape
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
