**Job Summary:**

**Duties:**

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers (no cold leads)

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide sales support

- Utilize phone etiquette to engage with customers effectively

- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in sales,

- Strong organizational skills to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently

- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques and strategies or willing to be trained
