Job Description
Prosci is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Technology Operations to join our team. This pivotal role will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to spearhead our technology infrastructure on a global scale. The ideal candidate will offer expert analysis and leadership, managing technology systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in advising on and documenting system requirements, as well as crafting system specifications that foster continuous improvement without our Information, Communication, Technology (ICT) Department.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Global infrastructure development
- Identify global market needs by understanding, identifying, assessing and documenting business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
- Develop roadmap and maturity model; translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. Develop functional models to further illustrate business need. Actively manage and communicate changes to specifications.
- Defining and creating new positions and leading hiring efforts during 2024 and 2025
- Collaborates and consults with users to understand operating procedures, problem areas, plans and requirements to develop effective ICT solutions.
Business Analyst
- Lead or advice on requirements gathering facilitation sessions
- Solution review for implementation (workflows, systems, etc.)
- Help analyze impact of proposed solution on existing technology platforms.
- Designs models and utilizes analysis and solution development methods, including process maps, flow charts and diagrams.
- Participate in validating, testing and updating project documentation.
- Manages projects by defining project scopes and timelines, manages vendors, is mindful of budgeting costs and allocation of resources.
- Designing solution and translating into implementation plan
Data Security governance and control
- Owning strategic approach for data management governance and control
- Understanding global regulatory compliance
- Representing ICT in information security discussions
Portfolio management
- Review existing dashboards to optimize for global reach
- Reporting on portfolio health on regular basis, cross-functionally and to market leaders and executives
- Work closely with CPMO to ensure visibility into ICT projects and management of resources
- Oversight of vendor delivery on strategic initiatives
Supervisory responsibilities
- Will supervise Data Specialist and Business Analyst roles (to be added 2024)

Benefits
Work Location: This role can be based out of office in Fort Collins, Colorado or a remote capacity within the US or CAN.
Base Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.
