As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
**This is a commission ONLY role**
**Duties:**
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales processes
- Manage and grow existing accounts through strategic account management techniques
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities in the market
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of client projects
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by setting and achieving sales targets
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Healthcare experience is a must
- At least 1 year sales experience is preferred
- Strong ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Science related field is a plus
