Job Description
TLD Logistics is expanding our brokerage/3PL sales team. A Brokerage/3PL Sales Representative will drive new business growth through prospecting and acquiring new brokerage clients. The position is an outside sales role and offers unlimited commissions.
TLD Logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Identify and prospect new clients
· Maintain a pipeline of business/clients
· Identify key customer stakeholders
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with decision makers
· Self-motivated, self-management and self-accountability
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Collaborate with team members

· Achieve sales targets
· Ability to negotiate contractual rates to win new business
· Use market knowledge/trends to understand customer needs and uncover opportunities
· Ability to tailor 3PL solutions to clients
· Prepare/present sales presentations/proposals
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Associate Degree or above
· Previous sales experience in logistics/transportation
· Understand brokerage/3PL and service lines
· Competency in Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent geographical knowledge
· Professional organizational, verbal, and written skills
· Ability to negotiate and multi-task and detail oriented

Working conditions
