Inside Sales Representative
Duties:
- Drive sales-should encourage potential customers to check out their offers.
- Contacting and qualifying potential customers
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
- Follows up with customers and makes sure that person is 100% satisfied.
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales management roles
- Great task prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building skills interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Have the ability to pick up verbal and audible cues on sales calls
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Pay: $95,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
