INSIDE SALES REP
As a key member of our field sales team, the Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in identifying and closing sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. This position requires a customer-obsession approach to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
This is an opportunity to step into a thriving sales role with an established, highly visible company with a broad territory! You will be provided with daily warm leads with a significant customer database. NO prospecting for new customers, NO knocking on doors, NO biz dev!
Typical Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Compensation: $52k base (hourly), uncapped commission ($105k-$115k total comp annual target)

Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions to meet those needs.
- High Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve revenue and capacity goals.
- Resource Utilization: Leverage all available resources, tools, and team support to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Goal-Oriented Performance: Demonstrate a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, with a focus on revenue growth.
- Values-Driven Approach: Uphold company values by serving customers first and acting with a sense of duty and responsibility to maximize every sales opportunity.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience in a field, inside sales, or B2B sales role, working in a highly collaborative team structure.
- 3+ years experience utilizing KPIs to track revenue generation, sales conversion rates, and customer satisfaction/retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Full functionality with MSFT Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years direct experience in the trades, industrial, or construction fields strongly preferred.
- Direct experience using construction/trades CRM; Service Titan strongly preferred
- Multi year experience selling high value ($10k-$50k) equipment or services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
