INTRODUCTION

The group of companies include: Stewardson Dairy Inc & Donview Farms LTD, grain silos and crop farming. We are passionate about customer service and creating value across all aspects of agricultural industry. With the continued growth of the company our need for finance administration, business analyst/data skills with strong critical thinking has increased. We are currently seeking an applicant that will work full time and become a valuable addition to our office of the CEO and supporting our Management/Executive Team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Data entry and organization and reporting preparation for multiple companies

· Preparation of Monthly Ratio’s and review with the CEO for reporting for multiple companies

· Assist the CEO with reviewing a plan monthly to be executed based on company/business unit priorities; you will take on the execution and all follow up and be the link to other employees to ensure plans get executed on time and within budget

· General office management planning and execution of the master business plan

· Develop and maintain processes and ensure communication and decision making information is shared with the appropriate individuals

· Create Standard Operating Procedures for best practices for the organization ensuring continuous improvement

· Prepare analysis of inventory, Gross Margin and Financial results.

· Special projects assigned by the CEO and working closely with the Assistant of Operations for employee engagement

· Essentially the right hand support person for the CEO, an integrator, implementer and a master at follow through from the plans set out by the executive

· Preparation of management discussion and reporting with the CEO monthly

QUALIFICATIONS

· University Degree or College Diploma in Finance, Economics or Commerce

· CA Designation/Pre-Designation Candidate/Business Analyst aspirations

· Minimum 2-3 years related work experience

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

· Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred

· Farming and/or Manufacturing experience preferred

· Inventory costing is an asset and KPI’s

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities

· Effective time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
