Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demolition Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales, particularly in the areas of demolition. Ideally with connections establish in the Los Angeles and South Bay locations. This role offers a $75,000 base salary with an attractive commission structure based on hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in construction sales, preferably in demolition, shoring, grading, or structural concrete.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and subcontracting processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
