RubberForm is a sustainable, recycled material products manufacturer of safety, risk mitigation and compliance products for four B-to-B verticals, Parking lot and road safety, industrial plant safety, construction site safety and public sector – municipal customers that markets and sells its products to Fortune 1,000 firms and other blue chip customers nationwide. RubberForm’s employees build relationships with their clients by providing unmatched customer service, support and superior knowledge of our product lines.

· Full-time base – hourly rate based on experience plus monthly bonuses for reaching goals.

We are actively searching for 4 inside sales reps to assist our current, national sales team for our Western New York, Lockport NY Factory location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

· Manage existing high-value customer accounts and establish new, long-term, strategic relationships.

· Engage new, existing and past customers to provide value around how their teams can be more successful with our current product offerings.

· Perform follow up calls, follow-up on past quotes, complete prospect calls and educate customers on RubberForm's American made, high-value recycled products.

· Supply customers with product quotes through our automated quoting system, product literature, product specification data sheets, product samples, how to install and any other supporting documentation. Assure prospects accurately quoted, follow-up, and closed sale. Orders are processed by our customer service team.

· Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline to hit monthly goals

· Self-starter, self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasker, problem solver, independent and confident

· Ability to learn and master technical knowledge of safety products for parking lots, construction, and industrial plant as well as environmental products and provide education to the client on their application through consultative selling.

· Proactive sales and be comfortable and efficient at proving a consultative sales approach to customers, prospects as well as strategic targeted accounts

· Probe and evaluate product alternatives for clients to provide the best value for each project.

· Must be comfortable working with numbers and utilizing basic sales skills including closing a sale and asking for the order

· Required execution of quotes to customers including researching products to bring technical solutions and value to the customer and sending them out in a timely manner.

· RubberForm prospects customers by phone and email to sell company products.

· Responsible for recording and completing electronic paperwork, orders and other tasks as needed on our Oracle NetSuite CRM system

Qualifications for the successful candidate include:

· Strong computer skills, CRM software knowledge - Oracle NetSuite, phone skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

· Excellent customer service skills

· Works in a team environment and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets

Pay: $19 to $25 per hour plus monthly and quarterly bonus

Education:

  • Associate - Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Expected hours: 40 per week
