Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized individual with experience in operations and sales to manage and track the daily performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key metrics such as call durations, attendance, and agent productivity to ensure the sales team operates efficiently and aligns with the company's expectations and goals. This role will play a key part in maintaining the structure and culture of the office while supporting leadership in driving the team toward consistent growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including call durations, agent attendance, and sales production.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and present findings to management.
- Enforce office structure and culture, ensuring agents comply with expectations regarding attendance, call times, and productivity standards.
- Identify trends in agent performance, highlighting top performers and those requiring additional coaching or training.
- Address issues related to tardiness, absenteeism, or lack of production, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
- Work with leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and maintain a high-performing sales culture.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM and other reporting tools, tracking metrics consistently.
- Assist with onboarding and training new agents on office procedures, expectations, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with department heads to align team goals with overall company objectives.
- Act as a liaison between sales agents and management to communicate performance expectations and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, performance analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to track and analyze data, with excellent reporting skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to enforce standards and drive performance.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve on the go.

Salary Range: $60k - $75k, depending on experience.
