From the very beginning, SiriusXM Connect has been charting the course of connectivity. Just as SiriusXM Radio pioneered satellite audio entertainment, SiriusXM Connect traces its roots back to the origin of vehicle telematics, launching one of the first consumer connected vehicle programs in 1996. Since then, we’ve developed, launched and managed connected vehicle programs across multiple automotive brands, spanning both luxury and mass market model lines, across national borders, and across multiple model years.

How you’ll make an impact:
As part of the B2B Integrated Marketing and Communications team, the Manager of Sales Enablement will have a significant impact, particularly in ensuring that marketing efforts translate into successful sales outcomes. Sales enablement focuses on equipping the sales team with the resources, tools, and training they need to effectively sell our products and services. This role serves as a bridge between marketing and sales, aligning both teams to work towards common goals.
What you’ll do:
For SiriusXM Connect, the Sales Enablement Manager plays a vital role in empowering the sales team by providing them with the necessary resources, training, and tools to succeed. Working closely with Product Marketing, in a rapidly growing organization, they will ensure that marketing messaging aligns with the unique needs of each customer, that sales reps are well-prepared and well-informed, and that the entire sales organization is aligned with broader company goals while ultimately helping to drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing or a related field is required. This experience should include managing marketing campaigns, developing strategies, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing, implementing, and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote our company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
- Direct experience in a sales enablement role is highly preferred. Candidates should have a track record of successfully designing and implementing sales enablement programs that have improved sales performance.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing sales collateral development, managing deadlines, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Content Creation and Management: Experience in creating or overseeing the development of content for various marketing channels (e.g., blogs, videos, social media, and email).
- Brand Management: Knowledge of brand management and the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging across all sales interactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and working with cross-functional teams.
- Creative Thinking: The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas that stand out in a competitive marketplace.
- CRM Systems: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer data, and aligning marketing efforts with sales.
- Adaptability: The ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and emerging trends in marketing.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in a B2B environment, and the ability to create sales and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Results-Oriented: A focus on driving results, such as increasing brand awareness, generating leads, or boosting sales.
- Creativity: The ability to generate new ideas and think outside the box when developing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $82,000 - $113,350 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
