Territory Sales Representative - Education

We are looking for a passionate, confident person that is driven to succeed and make a difference in the Midland area and throughout southwest Texas!

As part of the Century Resources sales team, you’ll engage with students, teachers and parents throughout the territory sharing the most stable fundraising program in the industry. You will manage your own schedule to drive sales, work tirelessly during the school year to get in front of educators and groups so you can have flexibility in the summers when you want it most.

You should expect to travel anywhere between 20 min to 3 hours to get to your first school in the morning to either prospect for new business or kick off a fundraiser. Someone located in or around Midland would be ideal.iness or kick off a fundraiser. Someone located in or around Dallas or Plano would be ideal.

We want you to love the secondary school groups and match their energy! The right candidate will have a top-notch work ethic, ability to motivate students, understand the true meaning of a consultative sale, and be a self-starter.

You must:

• Live in the Midland area (see above) to be able to travel school-to-school; this is not a remote position and you will be on-the-road five days a week
• Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable automobile
• Have experience with Microsoft Office and mobile applications
• Be ready to set up and manage a personal business office in your home

Century Resources offers a starting base salary plus commission, bonus program, a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, plus an HSA program, and a 401k plan with match.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
