As an HVAC Channel Manager, you will be the face of our company, working directly with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend the best HVAC solutions. Your role is pivotal in helping customers create comfortable, energy-efficient homes. With a generous commission structure, you have the potential to earn up to $200,000 annually while helping us deliver excellence in customer service and home comfort.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs.
  • Build strong rapport with potential clients and provide tailored solutions for their HVAC systems.
  • Present and explain the benefits of our high-efficiency HVAC products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals through self-driven prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and sales best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client's satisfaction with their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Cloud Comfort HVAC team to meet company-wide goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience, relevant experience in a consultative role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required, training is provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), are a plus.
