PREMIER AUTO CENTER is seeking Solution Advisors for our rapidly growing Arizona dealership locations.

Our next Solution Advisor will enjoy hundreds of warm leads that funnel through our website monthly. That said, the hard charger we’re seeking doesn’t sit around waiting for the phone to ring or inbox to ding. They know to make serious money; they’ve got to have a hit list and get after it! Prioritizing opportunities and juggling dozens of touchpoints at once will be paramount. Activities drive outcomes, and follow-through is key.
If you’re not ready to blow up the phones, go nose to nose, network, and build out your business fast, then don’t waste your energy or ours. You’ll spend most of your time having one-on-one conversations and solving problems for our customers. Position Overview:
· Guiding customer through the proven process toward providing a solution to the car-buying experience.
· Producing 8+ Self-Generated Shows/Month.
· Completing a Daily Workplan.
· Following the Proven Process 100% of the time.
· Contacting 10 Referrals/References from every sold customer.
· 6 social media posts/day.
Our Solution Advisors work a 5-day work week including Saturdays!

To qualify for this position, you must possess:
- HS Diploma/GED – REQUIRED
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Be a Social Media Rockstar!
- Ability to communicate persuasively with customers.
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Ability to build rapport with customers with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Work well in a process-driven environment and be able to take direction.
- Be able to drive and be insurable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
