Job Description
Job Duties-
- Determine the Company's mission and strategic direction, as conveyed through policies and concrete objectives that are met through the effective management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Allocate the abovementioned resources to implement organizational policies and programs and support her investment decisions.
- Assess hiring needs, direct and oversee the employee recruitment process.
- Leading the creation of innovative intervention models for systemic and sustainable change through building human capacity and strategic planning at individual, community, organizational and ecosystem levels.
- Leading the development of integrated programs and intervention models for building social change involving awareness, training, emotional and spiritual intelligence and climate action skills.
- Leading individuals, communities, and organizations to find gaps and opportunities for sustainable development, regenerative practices, and promoting planetary health with a systemic perspective of complex problems.
- Leading stakeholder partnership strategies for developing human capacity at individual, community and ecosystem levels.
- Leading financial strategies for sustainable change at organizational, community and ecosystem levels.
- Ensure that the Company's sales strategies are current with market trends by maintaining her knowledge and a presence at industry-related events.
- Supervise and coordinate corporate tax and legal duties fulfillment in Canada and BC.
Requirement-
- Master's degree in a related field.
- At least three years of experience doing the above duties.
