Job Description

Job Duties-

Determine the Company's mission and strategic direction, as conveyed through policies and concrete objectives that are met through the effective management of human, financial, and material resources.
Allocate the abovementioned resources to implement organizational policies and programs and support her investment decisions.
Assess hiring needs, direct and oversee the employee recruitment process.
Leading the creation of innovative intervention models for systemic and sustainable change through building human capacity and strategic planning at individual, community, organizational and ecosystem levels.
Leading the development of integrated programs and intervention models for building social change involving awareness, training, emotional and spiritual intelligence and climate action skills.
Leading individuals, communities, and organizations to find gaps and opportunities for sustainable development, regenerative practices, and promoting planetary health with a systemic perspective of complex problems.
Leading stakeholder partnership strategies for developing human capacity at individual, community and ecosystem levels.
Leading financial strategies for sustainable change at organizational, community and ecosystem levels.
Ensure that the Company's sales strategies are current with market trends by maintaining her knowledge and a presence at industry-related events.
Supervise and coordinate corporate tax and legal duties fulfillment in Canada and BC.
