The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in assisting the office gain new customers so that we can accomplish our mission of putting more people to work. If you are a results-oriented individual with a constant drive for growth, then Express is the place for you!

Duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Set appointments! Leverage your selling & relationship building skills to book appointments for our Outside Sales Team.
• Generate new business through a combination of telephone, strategic networking, and multiple lead sources!
• Be a problem solver! The world of sales is all about solving problems & overcoming challenges. If you are creative and you don’t give up easy, this would be a great role for you.
• Compete daily! Sales is a numbers game, and there’s no way around it, you have to be able to pick up the phone all day and Dial, Dial, Dial!
• Meet or exceed weekly goals and be compensated accordingly!
• Deliver unbeatable customer service, always!

Who we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate is someone that is driven to achieve and is willing to learn from an award-winning organization.
• Someone with a desire to excel and move up in a growing organization with opportunity for advancement
• Must have 2 years of Inside Sales Experience
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have basic computer skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strongly prefer some college education in a relevant field
