OVERVIEW:

DUTIES:
- Manage incoming calls and email correspondences / leads
- Provide accurate quotes to customers
- Maintain customer interactions and educate the customer as to the service process, and solve related issues
- Assists with account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries
- Call all new customers to confirm the reservation, confirm delivery date, container placement location, container orientation on the truck, up-sells ancillary services and insurance.
- At end of the rental period, makes contact with all customers to address any outstanding issues and/or satisfied customers and asks for their support in providing recommendations and referrals
- Responds to all inbound driver and manager calls
- Complete Follow-Up Calls, Texts, and Emails
- Perform collections related tasks
- On call on the weekends on a rotating basis (approximately one weekend per month)
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- General knowledge of basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages.
- Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Effective listening skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
PC SKILLS:
- Typing skills (45 wpm)
- PC proficiency with knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suites
- Experience working with Call Center phone systems is helpful.
