OVERVIEW:

DUTIES:

Manage incoming calls and email correspondences / leads
Provide accurate quotes to customers
Maintain customer interactions and educate the customer as to the service process, and solve related issues
Assists with account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries
Call all new customers to confirm the reservation, confirm delivery date, container placement location, container orientation on the truck, up-sells ancillary services and insurance.
At end of the rental period, makes contact with all customers to address any outstanding issues and/or satisfied customers and asks for their support in providing recommendations and referrals
Responds to all inbound driver and manager calls
Complete Follow-Up Calls, Texts, and Emails
Perform collections related tasks
On call on the weekends on a rotating basis (approximately one weekend per month)
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree Preferred
General knowledge of basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages.
Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers.
Effective listening skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

PC SKILLS:

Typing skills (45 wpm)
PC proficiency with knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suites
Experience working with Call Center phone systems is helpful.
