We are a multi-national VoIP service provider with offices in the North Dakota and Nebraska. Our switching and routing solutions connect to dozens of carriers worldwide. We offer Business IP telephony services, PBX hosting and SMS texting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact potential leads to set demo appointments for the sales team through different communication and marketing channels such as phone/web/chat Online research to refine lead contacts Re-ignite unperformed previously set sales demos from past months Accurately enter all information into Salesforce CRM Meet monthly performance targets and required daily KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills – outgoing, personable and energetic Ability to build a rapport with prospects over the phone – you have the gift of the gab Must be a competitive, ambitious and self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed Receptive to feedback and coach-able Resilient and possess the grit and determination to power through objections Ability to achieve monthly productivity goals Understanding of Telecommunications Industry/Technology is a bonus but not required
WHAT WE OFFER
A base salary complimented with a bonus + commission, vacation, holidays, health insurance and 401K.
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Salary range: $25,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year ($12 to $21 per hr) *Plus sales bonuses.
EDUCATION
• High School Degree with 1-yr similar experience such as an Call Center Agent or Appointment Setter Or • Two-year Technical Degree with No Experience
